I just got my ACT score back and am so excited to tell you I got a 35!! Thank you so much for all of your help! I couldn’t have done it without you!

Going into ACT Prep with Mr. & Mrs.Kaliher, I was frustrated & did not think I would ever bring my scores up to where they needed to be. Quite honestly, I was not comfortable with the format of the test, would consistently run out of time, & had no idea what some of the questions on science were even asking??

After getting through most of the SUMMIT TEST PREP SYLLABUS ™ at the beginning, I started to feel more comfortable. I began to learn from my mistakes through Mr. & Mrs. Kaliher's stellar explanations. I used the Barron's Book and the ACT Prep Guide. I noticed a substantial difference in the level of difficulty between the two, with Barron's challenging me the most.
However, I now appreciate this challenge. I think it was very beneficial to mess up & run out of time on the harder tests because they prepared me for the hardest of questions.

I cannot thank Mr. & Mrs. Kaliher enough for their flexibility, patience, and overall help in preparing me for the ACT. This year has been filled with such uncertainty. However, they were always willing to accomodate my crazy busy schedule and reschedule most of my prep sessions after my tests were cancelled. They have pushed me to try my hardest, and I am confident I will do my best when I finally get to take an official ACT. Although we were virtual for most of my prep sessions, I have always felt welcomed into the positive environment they have created. I went into this entire process being intimidated, scared, and not confident with myself. I have come out prepared, confident, and ready to attack the ACT.

Thank you so very much for all of your support and help. I truly appreciate everything! I promise to keep in contact and inform you of my scores and college plans.

I have some even better news! We received the scores from her last ACT test and she did even a better. She now has a 35!!!  What was even more exciting; Paul will love this .. she received a 36 in Science! Whoohoo! We reviewed her test and she did not get one wrong in the Science section- a perfect score!

We are beyond elated with these scores and it certainly was a game changer! We can’t thank you enough for helping her achieve her goals! We will keep you posted as we hear about acceptances!

• The testing and being able to not only know that the problem was wrong, but understand why it’s wrong and why the correct answer is correct
• I liked the ACT practice tests because they gave leeway on their grades similar to the ACT

In my honest opinion, I would consider the SUMMIT ACT PREP ™ as the most helpful thing I’ve used in my education career. The environment really helps to cater towards my specific needs while taking the ACT test. I think individually my tutors had a lot of knowledge of what they were doing, especially in the ways they could explain the problems I was having and how I can fix them. There are certain things on the ACT test that you could not do without the help of tutors like them. They help you realize patterns and different ways to take the test that are incomparable to anything else. Sincerely

M is at school but just found out the ACT scores from the rescheduled Feb test just posted. She brought her composite up by 2 points to a 28. I'm confident that with more work and the full time you guys suggested I would have been able to make that 32 a 33 or even 34, but I still think what you guys helped me do in such a short amount of time was incredible. Unfortunately, or fortunately I guess, I am finally done with the ACT! Woohoo!

Very nice to get your email this morning. I will let N answer your question himself (we are waiting on final, final confirmation next week, but it turned out to kind of be a dream scenario for him/us — and it wouldn’t have been possible without the 32).

So, speaking of kids, that’s also why I wanted to reach out. I had mentioned that our youngest son C is a Sophomore this year - heading toward a Junior year and ACT prep next Fall. When would we need to start talking to you about putting him on your list for next Fall and what would you suggest for how you would work with him? You will enjoy C — he is BY FAR our most social kid.

I got a 35 in English, and 33 in the other 3 subjects. 34 Composite. Again, thank you so much for taking me as a student and helping me to achieve my goal!

For me, it was a lot better to go through each question and explain the right answer instead of just saying "A is wrong, B is right". It helped me more to learn about how to answer questions effectively. Because I can answer questions more quickly, I have more time to go over what I might have missed.

My experience here has been completely positive! I struggled particularly with Math, and the individualized sessions allowed me to work on Math as much as I needed to. This really helped me improve my scores. The Barron’s workbooks were also extremely helpful, as they provided a diverse set of practice questions and good reminders about each section of the ACT test. All the Act Practice tests I was able to take helped me to solidify what I learned during tutoring and from the Barron’s books by putting it to use soon after learning. All in all, I was able to accomplish tons by working with Ms. Joan and Mr. Paul — and they’re super kind and welcoming, which makes every session great!

Since my test scores went from a 27 to 30 “through the roof” , it is obvious this system is effective. I can’t say I have any complaints other than a heavy workload.
